On arrival in London, Lee Thomas (4th Child) found himself residing amongst some of the less glamorous dwellings. Aside spending his nights in hostels, on friend’s floors and the occasional park bench, Lee was able to frequent the surrounding clubs. After spending, more than his fare share of nights at `The Wag` & `Mud Club`, Lee was introduced to some of the music industries major players. Establishing himself firmly within the crowd, one thing led to another and Lee ended up the singer in a band. Swiftly signed to Sony music, Lee worked alongside Helen Terry of Culture Club (who performed the backing on the bands album). During this chapter Lee was able managed to full fill one of his life ambitions............ singing on Top of the Pops.Subsequently returning to what he loves most. Lee has an exciting project in motion, (4th Child). The first single ‘Now I Found You’ was written by `Richard `Biff` Stannard/ Matt Rowe. Stannard,(who is currently working with Kylie on her new album) has also written/produced for; U2, David Grey, New Order, and the Spice Girls album `Spiceworld`). With such an extensive repertoire this is bound to be a Hit!‘Now I Found You’ utilises the, unmistakable 80’s electro sound, and with Lee’s distinctive vocals, gives it a unique slant for 2007. Released on Hit! Records on the July 9th. The track has been well praised for the dirty, twisted sounds of Micky Slim’s mix, and the filthy big room remix/dub from Robbie Rivera, which has been causing uproar in the clubs. With support from Tiesto, Mark Knight, Deep Dish and Oliver Lang (to name but a few), it is no wonder that it has escalated to No # 10 in the Buzz Chart....... in only a week! Currently co-writing material along with the renowned Nicola Fasano Dj/producer the Italian Pop/House producer, (NF Project, Fish and Chips, Cafe Groove). 4th Child is definately one to look out for...............as well as the forthcoming video! 4th Child
