The White Stripes’ bizarre tour of Canada, which featured them performing in classrooms and fishing boats, is to be released as a documentary.
The 2007 dates, in between standard arena and concert hall venues, took the duo to far-reaching areas and it became the first act to perform in every Canadian province.
Jack and Meg White's exploits on the road were captured on camera and now the film is to be released to select U.S. cinemas.
Frontman Jack White tells Canadian broadcaster CBC, "As we went around and played a show in every province or territory, we realised that not even a Canadian band had ever done that, which is wild. I can’t even believe that."
