The ever-successful Brit band Radiohead have won yet another accolade as their 2000 album KID A has been named the album of the decade by Rolling Stone magazine.

A day after readers of the respected music publication voted Green Day's American Idiot the best release of the past 10 years, the magazine's editors have released the top picks of a panel of judges including Yoko Ono, M.I.A, Mary J. Blige, Jarvis Cocker, Lil Wayne and Lars Ulrich, among others.

The Green Day album comes in 22nd.  Also making the top five are The Strokes' 2001 debut This Is It, Yankee Hotel Foxtrot by Wilco, Jay-Z's The Blueprint and Elephant by The White Stripes.

Kanye West and Radiohead have three albums each in the top 50, while U2, The White Stripes, Bruce Springsteen and Bob Dylan are among those with two.

Gnarls Barkley's Crazy was named the Best Song of the Decade, ahead of 99 Problems by Jay-Z, Crazy in Love by Beyonce featuring Jay-Z, Hey Ya! by Outkast and M.I.A.'s Paper Planes.

Meanwhile, the magazine names There Will Be Blood the film of the decade. Children of Men comes in second and Mulholland Drive third.
