Introducing Scandal, one third of UK hip-hop super group ‘Choong Family’ who since 2004 have captured the nation and beyond with their unique and innovative sound.
During this time Scandal shared the stage with Kano, D Double E, Sway, Wretch 32, Fundamental just to name a few and even opened shows for Game, Ghostface Killah (Wu tang clan), Missy Elliot, Blackstreet in the US .
Now embarking on a solo journey and having already opened shows for Ginuwine and J Holiday at the o2, Scandal is back with the single ‘War’ produced by Coldkeyz who also did the smash hit ‘Adrenalin’ for Choong Family. While representing a powerful message Scandal doesn’t lose flows, punch lines or explosive beats to have people everywhere reciting lines.
‘War’ is freshly released after Scandal’s first mix tape ‘Laws of Attraction’ achieving just over 10,000 downloads with minimal promotion when it was released independently in 2010, telling of his experiences when growing up in a harsh environment, political issues, and girls, inviting listeners in to his world with vivid description, witty wordplay and an adaptable rapping style.
After all this Scandal claims that this is a small taster of what he has to offer. Although never failing to show his full musical potential and capabilities and plans to keep doing this for many years to come!
