The bottle design of Sean Combâs award winning Unforgivable is in the middle of a new lawsuit after a Massachusetts man claims he was the actual designer of the bottle.
Tom Patti an artist from Springfield Mass has indicated in a lawsuit that the bottles which Combâs uses to secure his fragrance is in fact an exact replica of glass sculptures that he designed and created in the 1980âs.
âEverywhere I went, people started congratulating me on the success of my fragrance container. I didnât know what they were talking about. Eventually, I realized that Combs had replicated my work,â Patti explained to The Boston Globe.
Busta Rhymes Talks Interscope Departure
Flipmode front man Busta Rhymes recently talked about his departure from Interscope last year in an interview, squashing all rumors of any issues between him and label boss Jimmy Iovine.
Various outlets had reported that Busta had left the label famed for acts such as Eminem, 50 Cent and the Black Eyed Peas after a serious argument with Iovine who has worked with innumerable artists including Dire Straits, Bruce Springsteen and Stevie Nicks.
Busta explained in a recent interview that that certainly wasnât the case and had gone to Iovine to discuss the marketing and promotions of his impending album Back on My BS. When the talk hadnât been to his liking Busta was not only granted permission to leave the label but had also been allowed to walk away with the album and take it to another label.
Back on my BS, after various push backs, is expected to hit stores on March 24th through Universal Motown.
