In today's Daily Rap we are pleased to announce that Eminem plans to release his new album this year, Kanye West is already working on his fith album despite not even releasing his fourth yet, Danity Kane are down to three members and P Diddy is ticketed for playing his music too loud.
Eminem to Release Album this Year
Detroit rapper Eminem will be officially releasing his sixth studio album this year it was confirmed this week.
The announcement was made at a party to celebrate the release of Eminem’s book The Way I am which is set to hit shelves on October 21st.
The album which is titled Relapse will be the sixth album from Slim Shady and the first since he lost his best friend fellow Detroit rapper Proof back in 2006.
Danity Kane down to Three
Sean Combs has reduced what was five girls in his Making the Band experiment, Danity Kane, down to only three having relieved Aubrey and D Woods of their duties in the live finale of his Making the Band 4 MTV reality show earlier this week.
Combs blamed the pressure of fame taking its toll on Aubrey who was recently featured in Complex Magazine where she appeared topless on the front cover.
D Woods however has already embarked on a solo career and has been performing in shows without her former band mates.
Danity Kane’s self titled first album went platinum and there Dollhouse project which was released this year went gold.
Diddy Ticketed
And just as his girl band deal with the trauma of losing two of its members Sean Combs was faced with a little problem on Miami’s South Beach yesterday.
Combs who owns a home in the humid hot spot was driving along the infamous Ocean Drive in one of his flamboyant trucks when he was approached by police for playing his music too loud.
Of course being that he was playing his music too loud, Diddy didn’t hear the cops and was then asked to pull over and then issued with a ticket.
Police said that Diddy was very cooperative.
Kanye will be back again in June
Looks like Kanye is throwing himself into recording for his fifth album before he has even released his fourth.
The Chicago MC who will be releasing 808’s and Heartbreak on November 25th informed a very select audience who were at an exclusive listening part in Los Angeles on Tuesday that he will in fact be releasing another album in June.
Amidst 50 naked girls and a bevy of celebrities including Jay Z, will.i.am and label boss LA Reid, Kanye’s album was met with great reviews from the limited media who were privy to the event.
The collaborative efforts with Kanye and Lil Wayne and Kanye and Young Jeezy are said to be tracks to listen out for as they received a great welcome on Tuesday.
