So he hasn’t been allowed to redesign the famed New Years Eve ball which drops over Times Square every year to his liking, but that won’t stop Sean Combs from making a difference this year.
The mogul has teamed with the Taxi and Limousine Commission on NYC to provide party goers a free ride home in a yellow cab. Gift cards are available to the public from members of the Ciroc Street Team which are in and around Times Square promoting the new vodka Ciroc which Combs has launched.

Juelz Santana and Lil Wayne Link
Lil Wayne has dominated the last couple of years in Hip-Hop and now Juelz Santana is under a new contract through Def Jam it looks like it might be time for Juelz to join Lil Wayne in the spotlight.
In a recent interview, the Dipset rapper explained that there is indeed an album completed by both he and Wayne which he hopes will see shelf life very soon.
The album titled I can’t Feel My Face has been rumored to be in the making for quite a while but until recently it had not been confirmed if it was a reality. Juelz new solo album The Reagan Era is to be released in early 2009 on Koch.
Timbaland sued by florist
Super producer Timbaland is being sued by a Miami florist for an unpaid bill of $11,000.
The producer ordered over $25,000 worth of Christmas decorations and trees for the festive season but to date has only paid $14,000 of the bill. It has been rumored that Timbaland’s camp had requested to see the cost price of the flowers alleging that they had been over charged.
No comment has been made by Timbaland yet.
India Arie gears up for new Album
Soul sensation India Arie who steamed onto TVs and airwaves with her catchy tune Video back in 2001 is gearing up to release her new album in early February. The album titled Testimony: Love and Politics, is the follow up to her 2006 Testimony: Life and Relationship which sold close to 700,000 copies in the US.
Arie who has sold over six million copies of her albums worldwide has two Grammy’s to her credit and has been nominated for another with the lead off artist from her own label Soulbird Music, Anthony David for their collaborative effort on the song Words.
