The 2007 BET Awards nominees were announced in Los Angeles this past week by 50 Cent, Robin Thicke, TI and Tichina Arnold. Beyonce was the most nominated as she was recognized in six categories including Best female artist and also the BET Choice Award.This years BET Award show will be held at the Shrine Auditorium in Hollywood. Male Hip Hop:

Diddy, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Ludacris, T.I.

Best Collaboration:

Akon featuring Snoop Dogg, "I Wanna Love You"; Beyonce featuring Jay-Z, "Deja Vu"; Beyonce featuring Jay-Z, "Upgrade U"; Diddy featuring Keyshia Cole, "Last Night"; Ludacris featuring Mary J. Blige, "Runaway Love."

Best Female R&B:

Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, Ciara, Jennifer Hudson, Corinne Bailey Rae.

Best Male R&B:

Akon, John Legend, Gerald Levert, Ne-Yo, Robin Thicke.

Best Group:

Gnarls Barkley, Mary Mary, Outkast, Pretty Ricky, Three Six Mafia.

New Artist:

Lupe Fiasco, Gnarls Barkley, Jennifer Hudson, MIMS, Corinne Bailey Rae.

Best Gospel Artist:

Shirley Caesar, Kirk Franklin, Fred Hammond, Dave Hollister, Mary Mary.
