OneRepublic frontman Ryan TedderAfter a fantastic 2013, OneRepublic are looking to carry on their reign of success into this one.
Their single 'Counting Stars' became the ninth biggest selling single of last year, and marked the group's first UK number one single ever.
So, we've decided to explore some more details about the heartthrob, and here's a few things we found out that you may not have known about Mr Tedder before...
1) He co-wrote Ellie Goulding's song 'Burn', which featured in the Official Top 40 end of year charts.
2) One of the lead singles from Beyonce's surprise fifth studio album - 'XO' - came about as a collaboration between he and the pop titan.
3) He doesn't just write songs, he produces them as well.
4) He has credits on four of the biggest ballads of recent years - Beyonce's 'Halo', Adele's 'Turning Tables', Leona Lewis' 'Bleeding Love' and Jordin Sparks' 'Battlefield'.
5) 'N Sync singer Lance Bass chose him to perform a one-hour special on MTV, aged just 21.
6) He agreed to donate a portion of proceeds from the sales of 'Feel Again' - one of the band's singles - to a campaign supporting the training of frontline health workers globally.
7) He doesn't just sing, but likes to get involved with a whole host of instruments, including glockespiel and tambourine.
OneRepublic - fronted by Ryan Tedder - will kick off their UK tour on March 16 at the London Roundhouse.
