Roach Killa
Urban artist Roach Killa is to release a brand new single, but in the build-up has been volunteering his time to speaking to youths about gang and knife crime.
His tagline - 'put down your knife and pick up your pen' - has been travelling with him into schools around the country, encouraging children not to carry knives following the recent spate of knife-related crime in Birmingham.
“Birmingham is my second home, the people are so nice. I have so many friends and fans who I interact with on a daily basis, I am very upset and concerned about the recent knife crimes and want to tell ALL youth to put down their knives and pick up their pens, someone has to educate our children!" he said.
His single, 'Baby Girl' is to be released on November 4 through Wizard Records, produced and co-written by Dennis Jarrett and Steven Clark.
