Having performed with Lana Del Rey on Necker Island and painted for Mick Jagger, performer and artist Purdy has now announced she'll be opening for Jools Holland on his autumn 2015 nationwide tour.
Jagger recently saw Purdy at one of her live shows, later asking to meet her and discovering she was an artist as well as a musician. Her most famous picture 'Girl in the Red dress' now hangs in his Chelsea home.
Now, Purdy returns with her new single 'Shook Shook', scheduled for release on July 24, following her live dates on Monday June 22 at Dean Street and Tuesday June 24 at the French Embassy in London.
Further gigs will come when she supports Jools Holland at four dates on November 25, 26, 27 and December 2 in Northampton, Leicester, London and Newcastle respectively.
