The Arctic Monkeys were the big winners at this year's NME Awards, after they walked away with five trophies to their name.
The surprise of the night came when a very deserving Lily Allen beat out David Bowie for the Best Solo Artist title, and the Disclosure boys took home Best Track with their hit single 'White Noise'.
Other winners included Eagulls, The Clash, Haim, Morrissey and Blondie as well as Paul McCartney and the TV show Breaking Bad.
