Chatting about the results, Matt Roberts, trainer to Prime Minister David Cameron, comedian Michael McIntyre and Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden commented: "Music has an amazing effect on us in terms of our motivation, tempo, self-concept and is simply just a good distraction sometimes too! Choosing a playlist that doesn't always have you reaching for the next track button is vital as you don't want any negative distractions and need music that is going to fit the speed and mood of your workout.

"Running might be different to yoga, and cycling different to your weight workout, so choose a style that is going to fit your moment. My playlist features a mix of old and new, but all great tracks that leave you feeling like you want to do more."
