Macklemore & Ryan Lewis lead this year's American Music Awards nominations.
The 'Same Love' hitmakers have scored three nods at the annual music awards ceremony - which will take on November 24 - including Artist of the Year, Single of the Year for their number one smash hit 'Thrift Shop', and New Artist of the Year.
The duo will face stiff competition, however, from established artists Justin Timberlake, Rihanna and Taylor Swift, who all have multiple nominations, too.
Justin continues his successful musical comeback after sweeping the MTV Video Music Awards in August with consideration in the Artist of the Year and Favourite Soul/R&B Male Artist categories.
'Diamonds' hitmaker Rihanna and 'I Knew You Were Trouble' songstress Taylor will battle with Justin and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis in the Artist of the Year category, and they will also go head-to-head for the Favourite Pop/Rock Female Artist prize.
Fresh from landing the coveted Super Bowl half time headline slot next year, Bruno Mars will round out the race for Artist of the Year.
'Stronger' singer Kelly Clarkson and 'Scream & Shout' hitmaker will.i.am announced the partial nominations list on TV show 'Good Morning America' today (10.10.13).
