Little Mix have released their brand new music video for the official Sport Relief 2014 single 'Word Up'.
The group are seen hitting the gym alongside Louis Smith and Melanie C who all join in an aerobics class-turned-dance-off, with Arlene Philips judging.
Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw also makes a cameo appearance as well as the London Wasps rugby team and Olympic gold medallist Victoria Pendleton.
"It's been absolutely amazing" said Jesy Nelson behind the scenes, "we've met some really cool people today. We feel so privileged that we've been able to have fun and make this amazing video and raise money at the same time."
The girl group also recently travelled to Liberia to see how Sport Relief cash is used in action, visiting hospitals treating malaria-infected children and a project that aims to improve the lives of young people living in slums.
A special live rendition of the Sport Relief single was also performed.
Money raised from this single will go towards transforming the lives of some of the poorest and most vulnerable people in the UK and around the world.
Little Mix are to forgo any royalties due to them in connection to this single, and Syco is to donate 100% of the profits from the sale of each CD and download to Sport Relief - expected to be £1 for each CD and at least 20p per download sold in the UK.
