Lion Bark

Lion Bark have released a new music video for their track 'Longhorns'.

The four-piece Brighton based band all met at music college, dropping out before they reached the end of their first year because they felt they'd already formed the band they'd always dreamed of meeting there.

When they're not working part-time they're honing their craft, combining their unique sound with some melodic beats and infectious tunes.

The music video for the track which was shot almost in its entirety at the band's shared flat was directed by Ben Pender.

He explains: “Longhorns is a song about coping and coming to terms with absence. This void can quickly lead to you shutting yourself off from the outside world, seeking comfort only in mundane activities, instead of confronting your problems head on. The result is a sequence of nightmarish reactions from a gritty and somewhat surreal reality, which leads Guy to find strength in accepting the reality he faces, and then acting upon it - knowing this perception is temporary."

The four are everything British pop could be, and with a hint of The Courteeners mixed in to their very own unique style, it'd be a travesty if they don't see roaring - or barking success in the near future.
