Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga may have bene late for her live concert to celebrate the release of ARTPOP, but it didn't stop the crowds from screaming when she eventually did take to the stage.

Starting off opposite the stage singing 'Aura', she stood on a platform which held a giant Jeff Koons sculpture that also appears on her album cover, she had to battle through the crowds with just a handful of security, but didn't drop a note through her title track.

After eventually making it to her main stage, Gaga went on to sing through a whole host of her new tracks, including 'MANiCURE' and 'Sexxx Dreams', before closing with lead single 'Applause' and current single 'Do What U Want'.

Her outfits were outrageous at times, and tame at others, but her vocals were absolutely on point for most of the time she spent performing.

What she does manage to prove here, even if you don't believe the spiel about existing together and bringing art and pop as forms together as one, is that she's back on top form following her hip injury, and she's one of the best performers of our generation.

Lady Gaga's 'ARTPOP' is out today.
