Summer's fast approaching, and we're all begging for some time out in the garden with the sun blaring down on us and some of our favourite new tunes blasting from some speakers interrupting our neighbours' slumber.
With May just around the corner, we've taken a look at five releases that are to come out in those 31 days, and provided a guide of what to keep an eye and ear out for.
1) Lily Allen's 'Sheezus' - released May 5
She's impressed with three stellar singles and now comes the time for her album to hit the shelves. With her very public outbursts that her label force her to release her worst songs as singles, we can't wait to hear just what she's got up her sleeves for the compilation as a whole. And, we just love the Kanye West reference.
2) Lil Wayne's 'Tha Carter V' - released May 5
He's claimed it's going to be his final LP - at least for some time - and so he should be signing off on a great note. We expect amazing things from this collection, as well as a hit collaboration or five.
3) Tori Amos' 'Unrepentant Geraldines' - released May 12
This record will mark Tori's 14th studio album, and is being hailed as a "return to her core identity as a creator of contemporary songs", and so avid Tori fans should be impressed when the time for this album to be released rolls around.
4) Coldplay's 'Ghost stories' - released May 19
They're back, but apparently not like we've heard them before. Saying they'll be going back to a more traditional Coldplay sound with their next album after this one, it'll be exciting to see just what it is that's so different about this combination of tunes.
5) Oasis' 'Definitely Maybe' reissue - released May 19
A lot of the songs here you will have already heard, but that doesn't take away from the fact that they're probably some of the greatest ever released. With never before heard additions to this reissue, it'll be a rewarded release for those fans who hope for an Oasis reunion every day.
Of course, these are all just scheduled release dates. There's plenty of time for them to be pushed back, brought forward, leaked and more before then!
