Adele has topped a chart of the bestselling artists of all time across all formats, according to Amazon sales.
The site - which celebrates its 15th anniversary tomorrow, Tuesday October 15 - named her the leading lady, followed by Coldplay, The Beatles, Lady Gaga and Rihanna respectively.
Her albums '21' and '19' were also listed as the bestselling albums of all time, but she was shoved to number two in the bestselling singles charts with 'Skyfall' by Rage Against The Machine's 'Killing In The Name'.
“Adele’s achievement in securing both the best-selling artist title and the top two best-selling albums of the past 15 years on Amazon.co.uk is remarkable,” said Paul Firth, Head of Music at Amazon.co.uk Ltd.
“The fact that Rage Against The Machine’s 'Killing In The Name' has pushed Adele into second place in the bestselling singles chart is indicative of how much the UK loves a good campaign and how much the public love the underdog.
'Gangnam Style', 'Blurred Lines' and 'Call Me Maybe' also all made appearances.
