John and Edward

Jedward-Ice Ice Baby

Annoying X Factor twins Jedward actually somehow managed to release a single this year. Their version on Vanilla Ice’s song ‘Ice Ice Baby’ included the two singing and rapping, making it doubly annoying.

Chris Moyles-Feed Chris Moyles

The so called charity single ‘Feed Chris Moyles’ was a remake of the Band Aid charity single ‘Feed The World’, but unfortunately it didn’t sound as good, or raise thousands of pounds for charity.

Katie Price- Free to Love Again

This cheesy tune sounds like a song from old school band Steps, popular as they were at the time that was a while ago. Get with the times Katie.

Peter Andre and Ironik-Ready For Us.

With the potential to be good this song is pretty disappointing, I don’t think we were ready for them, despite the track name.

Joe McElderry-Ambitions

After waiting for almost a year for last year’s X Factor Winner Joe McElderry to release his second single (the first being his winners single) the result is very disappointing. Despite having all that time to come up with a song of his own McElderry released another cover, by a pretty much unheard of band called Donkeyboy.

Alexandra Burke-Broken Heels

It seemed like a strange idea for a song, and the video was just as odd. It consisted of Alexandra Burke prancing round a football field in high heels. The usually impressive X Factor winner has let us down with this cheesy tune.

JLS-The Club is Alive

This single is not one of JLS’ best, to put it nicely. The track seems to be a mix of too many sounds, and frankly the lyrics make you imagine the film The Sound of Music.
