Ragz
Ragz is a singer-songwriter hailing from Norway, possessing a sweet, soaring voice known to captivate and move her audiences.
Having recently supported artists including Wild Beasts, Laura Marling and Mumford & Sons, Ragz weaves intricate melodies with her emotive vocal, at times unconventional, yet rooted in the traditions of classic song-writing.
She has been favourably compared to, Joni Mitchell, Feist, Eva Cassidy and even Jeff Buckley. Ragz has been busy recording her lateat EP - ‘Adore Him’, and more time has been pencilled in for Summer 2010, to work with a new producer on more new material.
The start to the year has been complemented by select concerts across the UK, and the release of ‘Adore Him’ on the opening night of Liverpool SoundCity.
