Foo Fighters Headline in 2011
Fans were desperate to get their hands on tickets when they went on sale at 9am this morning at 2010 price.
The highly anticipated announcement of the first headline band was the biggest Christmas treat fans could have wished for, with a constant stream of positive comments from ecstatic fans filling the forums all day and demand for the Christmas early bird tickets being truly phenomenal.
Geoff Ellis, Festival Director: “We always pay credit to the fans for being the heart and soul of T in the Park and it was clear Foo Fighters were an incredibly popular choice to headline in 2011. It’s great to confirm them and also give fans the chance to benefit from getting their tickets at 2010 prices.”
The final batch of tickets for T in the Park 2011 will go on general on sale in February 2011. Ticket buyers should only purchase from the official outlets published on the official website.
