The decision was taken after success of the Glastonbury deposit scheme and the announcement that Bestival have also introduced a similar scheme. The feedback from our web site forums says you want it too! This scheme allows you to pay for the festival in instalments. An initial bargain busting £40 secures you a weekend ticket, which then gives you the time to save whilst NOT worrying about the tickets selling out!
The deposit scheme on weekend and weekend camping tickets is now available for a limited time only, so make sure you don't miss out on seeing rock’s greatest at Knebworth this year.
The scheme will work as follows:
- £40 per person paid now secures your weekend or weekend camping ticket order.
- The deposit scheme will be available until the end of April or until the ticket allocation is fully subscribed.
- Please note that the deposit scheme has a limited availability and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
- The full balance of your ticket plus any extras such as car parking, early arrival, lockers etc would then be due by the 30th June 2009.
- Any balances not paid off by 30th June will result in the ticket being released for general sale and the deposit forfeited.
- The deposit scheme does not apply to VIP packages
