Give IT A Name is back but this time its incoming with two massive headliners for two massive dates this April.
Taking Back Sunday, are set to release new album ‘New Again’ in May 2009 and are joined by new guitarist Matt Fazzi. The past few years have been as non-stop as the music on their last album, ‘Louder Now’ which saw them play at last year’s Reading and Leeds festivals on the main stage on the same bill as Rage Against the Machine and also supporting Green Day at their two massive Milton Keynes shows. Louder Now which featured single, “MakeDamnSure,” was also playlisted on Radio1 and Kerrang! crowned the album as the critics pick for “Album Of The Year!”.
Taking Back Sunday will be joined by Underoath, Thursday, Escape the Fate, Innerpartysystem.
Enter Shikari have just completed their follow up to their gold selling debut album ‘Take to the skies’ called “Common Dreads” which is out early May. The first single off the entitled “No Sleep Tonight” and will be released to coincide with GIAN.
2008 saw Enter Shikari in the rehearsal studios, pausing only briefly to venture out for a couple of European festivals and dates supporting Linkin Park (including the massive Projekt Revolution show at Milton Keynes Bowl which also featured Jay-Z and Pendulum) and a month long October UK tour. Enter Shikari will be joined by The Blackout, The Academy Is, The King Blues and Emery.
