Eagles of Death Metal
Eagles of Death Metal have today announced their extensive touring details for the beginning of 2009. They will kick the whole thing off and launch their new album with one of their now legendary ‘Ladies Only’ shows at London’s famous Soho Review Bar on Jan 29th and following that will play a full UK tour in March/April.
The full EODM European Tour kicks off on Feb 28th in Brussels, hitting an amazing 16 countries before they bring their hip-shaking rock n roll to the UK on March 28th. Starting at Pyramids in Portsmouth and climaxing at The Forum in London on April 8th, the first EODM UK Tour of the year is hair greased back and tight pants on ready to start the party in 2009.
The EODM formula for fantastic is humm…let’s see…that’s one part Jesse “Boots Electric†Hughes, one part Joshua “Babyduck†Homme. Stirred and served chillllled in a tall glass of class, it goes down smooth every time. The latest creation from the EODM, ‘Heart On’, will unleash Jan 26th on Downtown Recordings/Cooperative Music and is preceded a week earlier by the single ‘Wanna Be in LA’.
The Tag Team Supreme bring along a wild bunch-o-bandits for the ride, including Miss Kat Von D, Brian “B.O.C.†O’Connor, Darlin’ Dave Catching, Alain Johannes, Troy Van Leeuwen, Brody “Queen Bee†Dalle, and Kim “Koko Bubbles†Martinelli. The album does not disappoint…..the hits are hot and music is magic. ‘Heart On’ stands ‘firm’.
