Deftones' Chi Cheng
Rocket Skates - an exclusive first taste of the new material from the forthcoming album Diamond Eyes will be available as a free download on Tuesday 23rd February at 5am UK time on Deftones’ website.
The band's 6th studio album - Diamond Eyes will be released in the UK on May 17th 2010. Produced by Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Alice in Chains), the record is their first since 2006's Saturday Night Wrist.
The new album also sees the addition of bassist Sergio Vega (ex-Quicksand) who is standing in for Chi Cheng who was seriously injured in a car accident at the end of 2008.
Deftones are confirmed to perform at this year’s Download Festival on June 12th at Donington Park.
