Don't Breathe marks the return of Fede Alvarez to the director's chair in what is only the second feature film of his career. The movie comes three years after he made his debut with Evil Dead back in 2013.
As well as being in the director's chair, Alvarez has also teamed up with Rodo Sayagues to pen the film's screenplay. I really am looking forward to seeing what the writer/filmmaker delivers with this brand new film project.
The movie sees Jane Levy take on the central role of Rocky and is joined on the cast list by Stephen Lang, Dylan Minnette, and Daniel Zovatto.
Lang, in particular, is an actor who great presence - he made a terrific villain in Avatar - and I am looking forward to seeing him play the 'victim' in Don't Breathe.
