If you have been looking forward to the release of Victor Frankenstein since they starting film - as we have here at FemaleFirst - then it has been a long wait to see some of the first footage from the movie.
I am thrilled to say that that wait is over and the first trailer for the movie has finally arrived in what will be a dynamic and thrilling twist on the legendary tale that we all know so well.
The brand new trailer for the film has arrived and we have it for you to take a look at:
Victor Frankenstein is based on the classic tale by Mary Shelly and will see James McAvoy and Daniel Radcliffe star together for the first time as they take on the central roles of Victor Frankenstein and Igor Strausman. I don't know about you, but I am excited to see these two terrific actors share the screen.
A great cast has been assembled for the film, as McAvoy and Radcliffe are joined by Jessica Brown Findlay, Andrew Scott, Louise Brealey, Mark Gatiss, Freddie Fox, and Daniel Mays.
Radical scientist Victor Frankenstein (McAvoy) and his equally brilliant protégé Igor Strausman (Radcliffe) share a noble vision of aiding humanity through their ground-breaking research into immortality.
But Victor's experiments go too far, and his obsession has horrifying consequences. Only Igor can bring his friend back from the brink of madness and save him from his monstrous creation.
Victor Frankenstein will mark the return of Paul McGuigan to the director's chair for the first time since Push back in 2009 and is set to be a gothic horror that is not to be missed.
Victor Frankenstein will be released in cinemas in the UK on December 4th.
