She is back on the big screen this week as she stars in the remake of horror classic Carrie.
Kimberly Peirce is in the director's chair for the film, while Moretz is joined on the cast list by the fantastic Julianne Moore.

Moretz is also involved in the adaptation of Gillian Flynn's novel Dark Places.
Gilles Paquet-Brenner has penned the screenplay and is in the director's chair for a film that sees Charlize Theron take the lead role.

Moretz is currently working on another book adaptation, in the form of If I Stay. The film is based on the novel by Gayle Forman and will be directed by R.J Cutler.
The story chronicles a fatal car crash involving seventeen year old Mia, played by Moretz, and her boyfriend.
Moretz has taken on a wide variety of roles in recent years from blockbusters to horror to action movies, and that trend is set to continue into 2014.
Carrie is released 29th November.
