1. A Lot Like Love (2005)
A Lot Like Love is a rom-com about two friends who've convinced themselves they would never make a good couple, and discover they might just be wrong.
Nothing more satisfying than the scene when Oliver (played by Ashton Kutcher) serenades Emily (played by Amanda Peet) with Bon Jovi when you’ve had a bit of a crap day; definitely one to watch if you’re ever feeling like all hope is lost!

Grease is perhaps one of the ultimate feel-good movies, combining memorable songs, groovy dance numbers and good old fashioned romance.
The movie follows heart-throbs Danny Zuko (John Travolta) and Sandy Olsson (Olivia Newton-John) as they try to rekindle their steamy summer romance amidst the hustle and bustle of gossip-hungry Rydell High School cliques.

4. Singin’ In The Rain (1952)
We all know the moment. Don Lockwood (Gene Kelly) is skipping down the street, humming contentedly away. The rain is falling but it can't dampen his spirits. After all, he's in love.
He breaks into song and dance, using his umbrella and the nearest lamp-post as props. Common knowledge now tells us that Gene Kelly was actually really unwell in that scene and had a temperature of 104, but you’d never know it from the enthusiasm in this number.
Whether you're a fan of musicals or not, it's hard to argue that Singin’ In The Rain isn't one of the most uplifting films of all time.
