Biopic movies have become a real force at the box office in recent years not to mention on the awards circuit as well.
We have already enjoyed some great biopic projects so far this year and with The Look of Love hitting the big screen this week we take a look at some of the other movies that we are looking forward to.
The Look of Love - released 26th April.
Seeing as The Look of Love is being released this week it seems like the perfect place to start as Steve Coogan returns to the big screen.
The movie sees him reunite with director Michael Winterbottom as they tell the story of Paul Raymond, the controversial entrepreneur who became Britain's richest man.
Matt Greenhalgh has been behind screenplays such as Nowhere Boy and Control in recent years and he is behind this latest Brit movie.
Coogan is joined on the cast list by Anna Friel and Imogen Poots while there are also some great cameos to watch out for such as Stephen Fry and Matt Lucas.
After starting his show business career as a mind-reader in a cabaret act, Paul Raymond went on to become Britain's richest man and a modern King Midas.
With an entrepreneurial eye and a realisation that sex sells, he began building his empire of gentleman's clubs, porn magazines and nude theatre - provoking outrage and titillation in equal measure.

42 is a movie that has already topped the U.S. box office and is the latest sporting story that has really struck a chord with audiences.
Directed by Brian Helgeland the movie follows the life of Jackie Robinson and his history making signing with the Brooklyn Dodgers.
42 is a movie that doesn't pull any punches when it comes to depicting the racism that Robinson faced on a daily basis as he tried to make his baseball dreams come true.
Chadwick Boseman takes on the role of Jackie Robinson in the film in what is the biggest movie role of his career.
He is joined on the cast list by Harrison Ford as he plays Branch Rickey, Brooklyn Dodgers executive, in the film.
Helgeland has also penned the screenplay for the movie and has delivered a moving story about two men that really should be remembered.
42Rush - released 13th September.
One of the biopic movies that I am personally looking forward to this year is Rush, as it sees Ron Howard return to the director's chair.
The movie promises to be a high octane and exciting watch as it focuses on one of the greatest rivalries in Formula One history.
Rush is a biopic film about driver Niki Lauda and his rivalry with James Hunt - Daniel Bruhl and Chris Hemsworth will be taking on the central roles.
This is the first film for Howard since not so great comedy The Dilemma while Peter Morgan has penned the screenplay.
Joining Hemsworth and Bruhl on the cast list are Olivia Wilde, Natalie Dormer and Tom Wlaschiha in what is set to be one of the biopic movies not to miss.
RushThe Butler
Lee Daniels has been making a name for himself in recent years with the likes of Precious and The Paperboy under his belt.
Later this year we will see him back in the director's chair with The Butler as he teams up with Oscar winner Forest Whitaker and an all star cast.
We may be a long way away from the Academy Awards but do no be surprised if we are talking about this film as an award contender at the beginning of 2014.
The movie follows the life of Eugene Allen, who served eight presidents as the White House's head butler from 1952 to 1986.
Whitaker is set take on the role of Allen while John Cusack, Robin Williams, James Marsden and Alan Rickman will play Nixon, Eisenhower, Kennedy and Reagan.
Melissa Leo, Alex Pettyfer, Vanessa Redgrave, Terrence Howard, Jane Fonda and Oprah Winfrey make up an extraordinary cast.
The ButlerJobs
One of the biopic movies that everyone is talking about at the moment is Jobs - a film that follows the career of Steve Jobs from 1971 to 2011.
Ashton Kutcher takes on the role of the businessman in what is the biggest acting role of his career to date.
The movie will see Joshua Michael Stern back in the director's chair for the first time since Swing Vote back in 2008 while Matt Whiteley has penned the screenplay.
Momentum around this movie is growing and it has been chosen to close the Sundance Film Festival next month.
Jobs chronicles the story of Steve Jobs' ascension from college dropout to one of the most revered creative entrepreneurs of the 20th century.
The film covers Jobs from his early years as an impressionable youth and wayward hippie, through his initial successes and infamous ousting, to his storybook return and ultimate triumphs as a man who set out to change the world and did just that.

While there are a lot of great biopics coming to the big screen there is also an exciting film coming to TV in the form of Behind The Candelabra.
The movie will mark the last directorial outing for Steven Soderbergh as he is set to leave his film career behind.
The movie follows the six year relationship between Liberace and his younger lover Scott Thorson.
Michael Douglas and Matt Damon take on the role of Liberace and Thorson in the film while Rob Lowe and Dan Aykroyd are also on the cast list.
The movie sees Soderbergh reunite with both Damon and Douglas while Richard LaGravenese has penned the screenplay.
The movie is set to air on HBO next month and will be coming to the UK in June.
Behind The CandelabraAll Is By My Side
Over the years we have seen the stories of Ray Charles and Johnny Cash brought successfully to the big screen... and in 2013 it is the turn of Jimi Hendrix.
The movie will be based on the pre-fame years of the rock and roll icon and will see Andre Benjamin play Hendrix.
John Ridley is in the director's chair and has penned the screenplay as he makes his first film since Cold Around the Heart back in 1997.
Hayley Atwell, Imogen Poots, Ruth Negga and Burn Gorman are all on the cast list for what is set to be a terrific movie.
