We have been counting down the weeks until The Wolverine hits the big screen and there is now just a fortnight to go until it hits the big screen.
Wolverine is Hugh Jackman's most famous role and it is great to see him back for the second stand alone film for this character.

It was back in 2009 when X-Men Origins Wolverine was released, and while we did see Jackman cameo in X-Men: First Class it has been a fair old while since we have seen him in this role.
The Wolverine is set in the aftermath of X-Men: The Last Stand as the much loved Japanese story arc is adapted into a film.
James Mangold is in the director's chair this time around and he has brought us movies such as Walk The Line and 3:10 To Yuma.
This is the first film for the director since Knight and Day as he reunites with Jackman for the first time since Kate & Leopold back in 2002.
Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine (Jackman), the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan.
Out of his depth in an unknown world he faces his ultimate nemesis in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed.
Both Jackman and Mangold have promised that The Wolverine is set to be different and darker than any X-Men movie that has gone before it. We are also set to see a more vulnerable Wolverine than ever before.
The Wolverine is released 26th July.
