Chris Pine has a very busy 2016 ahead of him and The Finest Hours is one of the movies that we are going to be seeing him in this year.

The Finest Hours is based on an incredible true story is set to be one of the most action packed and edge of your seat films that will hit the big screen in February.
The movie is based on actual events, inspired by the book by Casey Sherman and Michael J. Tougias, and sees Craig Gillespie back in the director's chair as he teams up with Pine for the first time.
Gillespie has brought us movies such as Mr. Woodcock, Lars and the Real Girl, and Fright Night during his career and The Finest Hours is his first feature film since Million Dollar Arm back in 2014.

Pine is set to take on the central role of Coast Guard Bernie Webber and leads an all-star cast that includes Casey Affleck, Ben Foster, Kyle Gallner, Eric Bana, Graham McTavish, Holliday Grainger, and Rachel Brosnahan.
In February of 1952, one of the worst storms to ever hit the East Coast struck New England, damaging an oil tanker off the coast of Cape Cod and literally ripping it in half.
On a small lifeboat faced with frigid temperatures and 70-foot high waves, four members of the Coast Guard set out to rescue the more than 30 stranded sailors trapped aboard the rapidly-sinking vessel. 'The Finest Hours' is the story of their heroic mission, which is still considered the greatest small boat rescue in Coast Guard history.
February is a month that is packed with terrific movies and The Finest Hours is one that you really cannot afford to miss.
