Biopic movies really have told some of the most wonderful stories over the years - made special by the fact that they are real.
And this September we see the Formula 1 rivalry between Niki Lauda and James Hunt brought to live in what is set to be one of the most high octane films of the year.
Ron Howard is back in the director's chair for what will be his first movie since The Dilemma back in 2011; thankfully I can say that Howard is leaving comedy behind.
The film sees Howard once again team up with Peter Morgan who has penned the screenplay; Morgan wrote the script for Frost/Nixon.
But it is the cast list that is so exciting as some of the most of Hollywood's best young talent is on board.
Daniel Brühl will take on the role of Niki Lauda while Chris Hemsworth will take on the role of James Hunt.
Natalie Dormer, Olivia Wilde and Alexandra Maria Lara are also on board this movie.
Set against the golden age of Formula 1 racing, Rush portrays the fast-paced, action-packed and exhilarating true story of two of the greatest rivals the sport has ever witnessed - James Hunt versus Niki Lauda and their illustrious Formula 1 racing teams, McLaren versus Ferrari.
It is great to see sporting rivalry brought to the big screen and when you throw in the excitement of Formula 1 then we have a film that is going to be a rip-roaring ride.
Rush is a movie that I have been looking forward to for some time and could well be in the mix come awards season - you know how much the Academy love a biopic movie.
Rush is released 13th September.
