We have already been treated to some super ensemble casts so far this year, and there is another on the horizon in the form of Last Vegas.
The upcoming comedy sees Michael Douglas, Robert De Niro, Morgan Freeman and Kevin Kline join forces, while Jon Turteltaub is in the director’s chair.
It is great to see such a fantastic group of actors join forces - you really do have to wonder why they don’t do it more often - and now you can get a sneak peak at them in action.
We have the brand new trailer for Last Vegas for you to take a look at:
It has been a while since we have seen Turteltaub in the director’s chair; The Sorcerer’s Apprentice was his last big screen outing.
He is no stranger to infusing comedy into his movies with the likes of Cool Runnings, While You Were Sleeping and National Treasure over the years.
Adam Brooks and Dan Fogelman have teamed up to write the screenplay; they also have a huge wealth of comedy experience with the likes of Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason, The Guilt Trip and Crazy Stupid Love between them.
Billy (Douglas), Paddy (De Niro), Archie (Freeman) and Sam (Kline) have been best friends since childhood.
So when Billy, the group's sworn bachelor, finally proposes to his thirty-something (of course) girlfriend, the four head to Las Vegas with a plan to stop acting their age and relive their glory days.
However, upon arriving, the four quickly realize that the decades have transformed Sin City and tested their friendship in ways they never imagined.
The Rat Pack may have once played the Sands and Cirque du Soleil may now rule the Strip, but it’s these four who are taking over Vegas.
So, if you want to see some of the best big screen talent together and having a lot of fun, then Last Vegas is the movie for you.
Last Vegas is released 8th November.
