John le Carre novels have always made terrific movies, and another is on the horizon, in the form of A Most Wanted Man.
A Most Wanted Man has already been lighting up the festival circuit, and features a fantastic central performance from the late Philip Seymour Hoffman - his performance has been described as 'brilliant'.
The movie also sees Anton Corbijn return to the director's chair for his third feature film: he has brought us Control and The American in recent years.
The brand new trailer has been released by Yahoo, and we have it for you to take a look at:
A magnificent cast has been assembled for the film, as Robin Wright, Rachael McAdams, Willem Dafoe, and Daniel Bruhl will all join Philip Seymour Hoffman - I told you it was an impressive line up.
When a half-Chechen, half-Russian, brutally tortured immigrant turns up in Hamburg's Islamic community, laying claim to his father's ill-gotten fortune, both German and US security agencies take a close interest: as the clock ticks down and the stakes rise, the race is on to establish this most wanted man's true identity - oppressed victim or destruction-bent extremist?
There is nothing better than a great political thriller, and it looks like Corbijn and scriptwriter Andrew Bovell have delivered another corker.
