Zack Snyder has described Gal Gadot as an 'amazing' Wonder Woman.

Gadot is set to be one of the big new additions to the cast list of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice as we will be introduced to the character of Wonder Woman for the first time.
While Gadot is no stranger to the blockbuster with the Fast & Furious franchise under her belt, this is set to be the biggest role of her acting career to date as she teams up with Snyder for the first time.
The movie sees Snyder in the director's chair for the first time since the success of Man of Steel and he has been heaping praise on his new star.
Speaking to MTV, the director said: "We kind of tried to just listen to Wonder Woman... to preserve her mystery but understand her as much as we can, in the way that we see her in the movie...
"I think that [Gadot] is amazing, an amazing Wonder Woman and really - I feel like there's an atmosphere out in the world where this giant iconographic strong female superhero, it's time. It's long overdue."
Gadot is not the only new face on the Dawn of Justice cast list as Ben Affleck, Jeremy Irons, Jason Momoa, and Jesse Eisenberg will also be introduced as Batman, Alfred, Aquaman, and Lex Luthor.
As for Gadot, she is currently filming the Wonder Woman solo film, which will be directed by Patty Jenkins. Chris Pine and Robin Wright are just a couple of the other names that are on board.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is already one of the most talked about and anticipated films of 2016 as it is set to expand the D.C. movie universe even further.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is released 25th March.
