Zachary Quinto says he hopes that Star Trek Into Darkness lives up to all of the hype and expectation.
There are just three weeks unitl Star Trek Into Darkness hits the big screen and Quinto will reprise the role of Mr Spock in the movie.
It is the first film since J.J. abrams rebooted the franchise back in 2009 and there is a lot of excitement building as it promises to be bigger and better than the first.
Speaking to the Press Association the actor said: "It's exciting, and there's a lot of anticipation. I hope it lives up to people's expectations."
The movie sees Quinto reunite with Chris Pine, Zoe Saldana and karl Urban as they all reprise their roles from the first film.
This is the first time that we have seen Quinto on the big screen in some time as he has been concentrating on TV work with American Horror Story.
Star Trek Into Darkness is released 9th May.
