Zach Braff wants to be cast in 'Magic Mike 2'.
The 38-year-old actor - best known for playing J.D. in TV series 'Scrubs' - tweeted the film's star-and-producer Channing Tatum, humorously asking for a role in the male stripper flick, and attached a topless picture of himself looking very muscular.
He wrote on Saturday (06.07.13): "Dear @channingtatum when are auditions for Magic Mike 2? (sic)"
Tatum, who is yet to respond to the message, is working on the follow-up to 2012's breakout hit 'Magic Mike', which was based on his own stripper past.
The Hollywood hunk previously revealed the sequel to the film - which featured several muscle-bound actors performing saucy stripper routines - will take place on the open road and will be more "crazy and fun" than the original.
He said: "It will be a road trip movie, and it will essentially be the movie that everyone thought the first one was going to be - crazy and fun and less slice-of-life and less drama. The first one, we had to make not so cheesy and campy; this one we are going to swing for the fences."
However, the sequel has already hit a roadblock as 'Magic Mike' director Steven Soderbergh is insistent on taking a break from filmmaking following the release of his Liberace biopic 'Behind the Candelabra' last month.
