Kristen Wiig has a very busy year ahead of her and Welcome To Me is just one of the film projects that we are going to see her star in.

Of course, we are going to see the actress in blockbuster Ghostbusters this summer, but Welcome To Me sees her return to the indie genre this March.

Welcome To Me marks the return of actress turned filmmaker Shira Piven to the director's chair. This is the second feature film of her career and comes five years after she made her debut with Fully Loaded.

Welcome To Me is set to be released here in the UK at the end of March, and we have the brand new trailer and some images to take a look at:

Wiig takes on the central role of Alice Klieg and is joined on the cast list by Wes Bentley, Linda Cardellini, Joan Cusack, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Tim Robbins, and James Marsden.

What happens when a young woman with Borderline Personality Disorder wins the lottery? In the case of Alice Klieg (Wiig), she immediately quits her psychiatric meds and buys her own talk show.

Welcome To Me follows a year in the life of this 'extraordinary' woman, who, inspired by the immortal Oprah, broadcasts her dirty laundry as both a form of exhibitionism and a platform to share her peculiar views on everything from nutrition to relationships to neutering pets.

As her national audience rapidly grows, her family, friends and colleagues all become increasingly entangled in Alice's show.

Welcome To Me is released 25th March.
