Victor Ortiz says his character in The Expendables 3 is 'between a nice guy and a bully'.
Ortiz is one of the new faces on the cast list this week as the third Expendables film hits the big screen.
And Ortiz has dropped a couple of hints as to what we can expect from his character Mars.
Speaking to Collider, the actor said: "Absolutely. I play the character of Mars. Mars is a weaponry specialist.
"Throughout the whole movie I pretty much- [laughs] I’m between a nice guy and a bully. It kind of works in a way.
"I’m a guy who pretty much is willing to go to work at any given time. I’m fearless and I enjoy the moments that we have together. That’s pretty much it, but it’s very interesting. It’s pretty awesome."
Ortiz is one of a wealth of new faces as Kellan Lutz, Antonio Banderas, Wesley Snipes, Harrison Ford, and Mel Gibson are all on board.
The Expendables 3 marks the feature film debut for Ortiz as he makes the leap from professional boxing.
The actor is currently filming boxing movie Southpaw with Jake Gyllenhaal, Naomie Harris, Rachel McAdams and Forest Whitaker.
The Expendables 3 is released 14th August.
