Descendants 2 is the newly-announced Disney Channel Original Movie, following the huge success that Disney Descendants saw, quickly becoming the number 1 Disney Channel Original Movie amongst girls in the UK. Continuing to tell the story of the teenage sons and daughters of some of the most famous villains in Disney history, the first trailer for the upcoming sequel has now been released, which you can see below:
Driven by music, Descendants 2 will follow Mal (Dove Cameron), Evie (Sofia Carson), Carlos (Cameron Boyce) and Jay (Booboo Stewart), as they all try to find their place in the idyllic Auradon. Mal feels the pressure of becoming royally perfect, and so returns to the Isle of the Lost where her archenemy Uma (China Anne McClain); the daughter of Ursula has taken her spot, becoming the self-proclaimed queen of the town. She’s not the only one running the show however, with her henchman Harry (Thomas Doherty) and Gil (Dylan Playfair); sons of Captain Hook and Gaston working by her side.
