The Secret Life of Pets is the fifth animated feature film from Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures - they have already enjoyed huge success with the Despicable Me movies.
This looks set to be another big box office success and the brand new trailer for the film has been released. The new trailer shows an animal search party sent out to hunt for two missing dogs. Take a look:
The movie sees Chris Renaud - who has directed Despicable Me, Despicable Me 2 and The Lorax in recent years - back in the director's chair. The Secret Life of Pets sees him team up with Yarrow Cheney, who is making his feature film directorial debut.
Louis C.K.is set to voice the central character of Max and is joined on the cast list by Lake Bell, Ellie Kempter, Jenny Slate, Kevin Hart, Albert Brooks, Eric Stonestreet, and Bobby Moynihan.
The Secret Life of Pets, a comedy about the lives our pets lead after we leave for work or school each day. It really is promising to be a lot of fun and I am excited to see what the studio delivers this time around.
2016 has already been another great year for animation film and The Secret Life of Pets is just one of the summer movies to watch out for in this genre.
