The comedy sees Shawn Levy back in the director's chair and the film opened at number four.
Epic and Star Trek Into Darkness were both down a single place at five and six while After Earth was this week's biggest faller as it dropped four places from three to seven.
The Hangover Part III and Iron man 3 were both down two places this week while The Great Gatsby rounded off the top ten at ten.
