The Man From U.N.C.L.E.

Henry Cavill had not one but two movies to promote at this year's Comic Con and Warner Bros released a new trailer for The Man From U.N.C.L.E.

Cavill and co-star Armie Hammer were at Comic Con over the weekend ahead of the film's release in August - there's still four weeks to go until the movie hits the big screen.

The Man From U.N.C.L.E. is based on the hit sixties television series of the same name and marks the return of Guy Ritchie to the director's chair.

Check out this five minute extended trailer that features some great new material:

Cavill and Hammer have taken over the roles of Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin for the first time, while Alicia Vikander, Elizabeth Debicki, Jared Harris, and Hugh Grant are also on the cast list.

Ritchie has brought us movies such as Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch during his career but this is his first film since Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows back in 2011 - it is great to see him back.

Set against the backdrop of the early 1960s, at the height of the Cold War, 'The Man from U.N.C.L.E.' centres on CIA agent Solo and KGB agent Kuryakin. Forced to put aside longstanding hostilities, the two team up on a joint mission to stop a mysterious international criminal organization, which is bent on destabilizing the fragile balance of power through the proliferation of nuclear weapons and technology.

The duo's only lead is the daughter of a vanished German scientist, who is the key to infiltrating the criminal organization, and they must race against time to find him and prevent a worldwide catastrophe.

The Man From U.N.C.L.E. is released 14th August.
