The Imitation Game

The Imitation Game

Benedict Cumberbatch will be back on the big screen in the autumn with The Imitation Game.

The Imitation Game is a biopic picture about Alan Turing, who played a major role in cracking the Enigma code during the Second World War.

Cumberbatch will take on the role of Turing in the film, while Morten Tyldum is in the director's chair.

Two new images have been released by Entertainment Weekly, and we have them for you to check out:

Cumberbatch is joined by an all-star cast, as Keira Knightley, Charles Dance, Matthew Goode, and Mark Strong are on board.

The biopic/drama is already being tipped as a possible Oscar contender, as is Cumberbatch's central performance.

Cumberbatch will also be back as Smaug in The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies, and he has lend his voice to The Penguins of Madagascar and Magik.

He is currently filming Black Mass with Johnny Depp and Joel Edgerton.

The Imitation Game is released 14th November.
