The Croods
The Croods has topped the UK box office and ended the two week reign of Oz The Great and Powerful.
The Croods is the latest animation movie from Dreamworks and took £5.3 million in it's opening weekend to comfortably see off the competition.
Jack The Giant Slayer was another of the big releases last week and it had to settle for second place as it opened at number two.
Oz The Great and Powerful was looking to make it a trio of weeks in the #1 spot but it was not to be as it slid two places to three.
But this week the movie broke the £10 million barrier at the UK box office. So far the movie has taken in excess of $358 million worldwide.
The top ten was littered with new releases this week as Identity Thief was in at number four.
The comedy movie opened at #1 in the States but couldn't repeat that feat this weekend.
Side Effects and Wreck It Ralph were both down two at five and six while Stolen was the fourth and final new entry in at seven.
Welcome To The Punch was this week's biggest faller as it dropped five places from three to eight.
Parker was down four this week at nine while Mama rounded off the top ten as it fell three places from last week's number seven.
