The Angry Birds Movie is just one of the animation films that will be hitting the big screen this summer and the brand new official trailer has been unveiled.

The Angry Birds Movie is based on the popular video game series of the same name and sees Clay Kaytis and Fergal Reilly team up in the director's chair.
While both of them have heaps of experience working in animation and art departments on a range of movies, this will be the feature film directorial debut for them both.
We are going to have to wait until May for The Angry Birds Movie to hit the big screen, but the brand new trailer has arrived. Check it out:
Jason Sudeikis is set to lead another all-star voice cast as he brings the character of Red to life. Peter Dinklage, Josh Gad, Danny McBride, Bill Hader, Maya Rudolph, Keegan-Michael Key, and Kate McKinnon are all also on board.
The movie takes us to an island populated entirely by happy, flightless birds - or almost entirely. In this paradise, Red (Sudeikis), a bird with a temper problem, speedy Chuck (Gad), and the volatile Bomb (McBride) have always been outsiders.
But when the island is visited by mysterious green piggies, it's up to these unlikely outcasts to figure out what the pigs are up to.
The Angry Birds Movie is released 13th May.
