Everyone may be talking about Jamie Dornan in Fifty Shades of Grey, but we are also going to be seeing him lead the cast in The 9th Life of Louis Drax.
The 9th Life of Louis Drax will see Dornan team up with director Alexandre Aja to bring the adaptation of the Liz Jensen novel to the big screen.
Aja has been behind films such as The Hills Have Eyes and Mirrors during his career, and this will be his first film since his adaptation of Horns last year.
Dornan will take on the main role of Dr. Allan Pascal in the new film, and takes centre stage in the first image, which has been released by Empire.
Dornan is joined on the cast list by Sarah Gadon, Aaron Paul, Oliver Platt, and Barbara Hershey.
The 9th Life of Louis Drax begins on Louis Drax's (Longworth) 9th birthday, when he miraculously survives a near fatal fall.
His doctor Allan Pascal (Dornan) finds himself tangled between his professional responsibility and his growing affections for the boy's mother (Gadon), a fragile young beauty. When Louis' father (Paul) comes under suspicion, Pascal realizes other mysterious forces may be at work.
No UK release date for The 9th Life of Louis Drax has yet to be announced.
