Milla Jovovich is set to return to the action genre with her new film Survivor, which sees her team up with actor Pierce Brosnan.

Survivor will mark the return of James McTeigue to the director's chair for the first time since The Raven and is the fourth feature film of his career.
The first tailer for the film has been released and shows Jovovich running for her life with Brosnan in close pursuit. Check it out:
Jovovich is no stranger to the action genre with the likes of the Resident Evil franchise under her belt, however, this is the first time that we have seen her on the big screen since Cymbeline at the beginning of the year.
A great cast has been assembled for the film, as Jovovich and Brosnan are joined by Dylan McDermott, Angela Basset, James D'Arcy, and Frances De La Tour.
Survivor is a thriller about a State Department employee newly posted to the American embassy in London, where she is charged with stopping terrorists from getting into the U.S. And that puts her in the line of fire: targeted for death, framed for crimes she didn't commit, discredited and on the run.
Now she must find a way to clear her name and stop a large-scale terrorist attack set for New Year's Eve in New York's Times Square.
